What if you could change how people feel about work?

It’s absurd how many people are unhappy at work. Everyone who works for you chose to be there when they were hired. What changed?

The problem is that you don’t know what changed. Why? 🤔 Because you haven’t had the right conversations to find out. We can help you do that.

We’re not creating another SaaS app to add to your “employee experience” tech stack

Let’s be clear, we’re not creating another SaaS app to add to your “employee experience” tech stack. There’s already plenty of those and most end up being a chore. We also don’t think you need a drastic workforce “transformation” (ugh…transformations) to create a place where people want to work and will stick around for a long time. And we certainly don’t think ping pong tables or happy hours are the solution.

We create products that help people do what no app can replace: have meaningful conversations. That’s right, real conversations.

💬 Conversations seem deceptively simple but are unquestionably effective.

Critical life decisions don’t get made when using apps—they come from conversations.

Conversations seem deceptively simple but are unquestionably effective.

Take career conversations, for example. They often start with the question: “Where do you see yourself in five years?” This is a terrible way to have a career conversation. Many people don’t know what they want. And even if they do know what they want, five year predictions are rarely accurate because no one can account for inevitable changes (#coronavirus).

A better way is to first discover what motivates you, then discuss immediate actions and future plans resilient to change. Career Conversations put employees in the driver seat, giving them confidence and clarity. A conversation like this helps people figure out what they need to be motivated and do their best work (what HR calls “engagement”), and want to stick around for a long time (“retention”).

We create products that help people do what no app can replace: have meaningful conversations.

Best of all, Career Conversations (and other products in the works) don’t require months of training to use. They are designed so someone could pick them up and start using them immediately, without coaching or training.
